INSTALLATION SERVICES
Having chosen what you want, we can arrange to carry out the installation with the minimum of fuss and
disruption using our own Gas Safe registered engineers. They will arrive with your new fire and fireplace and
carry out the complete job and take away any old appliances and packaging, ensuring your room is left as we
found it. No mess, no fuss. They will show you how everything works and discuss any aftercare with you. If an
electrician or plasterer is needed we will take care of that too so your whole experience is hassle free.
Shortly after your installation you will receive a Buildings
Regulation Compliance Certificate from Gas Safe confirming that
the work has been undertaken by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
This certificate should be kept in a safe place since it is required
in your Home Information Pack should you decide to sell your
home at any point. We also offer follow up service work and
repairs. Regular servicing of any gas appliance is essential to its
safety and reliability. So just let us know and we can send you an
annual reminder.
If you are unable to visit our showroom or need specialist advice
we can arrange a site visit during normal working hours. We also
offer site visits when quoting to replace or install a new central
heating boiler or system.
We design and install full central heating systems, new boiler installations, servicing and safety checks.
We are also able to offer repairs on many gas appliances - all you need to do is to advise us on the make,
model and serial number and we will be able to confirm if we can help.
