CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS AND USEFUL INFORMATION.
We would like to wish all our customers a pleasant and safe Christmas and thank you for your custom this year.
We will be closing on December 23rd at 3pm.
Our opening hours will then be as follows;
Christmas Eve CLOSED
Christmas Day CLOSED
Boxing Day CLOSED
December 27th, 28th CLOSED
December 29th OPEN from 9am till 5pm
December 30th OPEN from 9am till 5pm
New Years Eve CLOSED
New Years Day CLOSED
January 2nd, 3rd and 4th CLOSED
January 5th Normal hours resume with appointment only visits to the showrooom.
Should you have any difficulties operating your appliances during the festive period please refer to your handbook for useful information.
Many handbooks are also available on manufacturers websites.
Gas fires with remote control hand sets have batteries in both the hand set and the fire.... and simply changing these will solve most issues.
If your appliance has a thermostat such as a room thermostat on a heating system
or a thermostat on an electric fire check that the thermostat has not been turned down and that is why it has not come on.
If your central heating has not come on check that the pilot is on [ if it has one] and also that the time clock is set to bring the heating on. If there is a fault code on your boiler refer to the handbook for guidance.
Many of the boiler manufacturers will be operating an emergency service over the Christmas period.
