Our showroom is new re-open however due to current guidelines we can only allow visitors BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
This is to ensure the comfort and safety of our staff and customers.
If you would like to book an appointment which will give you up to 1 hour in the showroom please get in touch by telephone or email.
If you are unable to make your appointment or are running late please let us know, we may not be able to offer another appointment that day.
INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR VISIT
When you visit please do not come if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.
The showroom will be locked so please wait outside until your appointment time, if the weather is wet we ask that you wait in the comfort of your car.
On entry you will be asked to use hand sanitiser and observe social distancing using the floor markings as a guide.
We will only be able to accommodate 2 people per appointment in the showroom.
If you can bring photos and sizes and any information regarding your existing fire/fireplace to assist to us that will speed up the process too.
INFORMATION FOR THOSE WISHING TO BOOK SERVICE VISITS OR PAY BILLS
If you wish to pay an account this can be done over the telephone or by BACS to eliminate a visit to the showroom, please get in touch if you need further information.

Our engineers are working, however the admin staff will be reduced so you may not get an immediate response.
