a) We will deliver to the job address shown, any dates we give are in good faith and we will try to keep to them. However, they are subject to the goods arriving to us by a third party and therefore delivery to us is beyond our reasonable control. If necessary, we will try where possible to source other suppliers if we are let down. We will not be liable, therefore if we are unable to carry out this agreement due to circumstances beyond our control.

b) Where goods are supplied on a deliver-only basis they should be inspected as soon as possible, preferably within seven days and any damage reported.

c) Where goods are supplied on a deliver-only basis to be installed by a third party, you are advised not to make any arrangements for fitting until you have received the goods and checked them for damage. We will not be responsible if we have been let down by our suppliers as outlined in section a).

d) Where goods are supplied on a deliver-only basis, they must be paid for before delivery.

e) Our installation prices assume all gas and electrical supplies conform to current regulations and that chimneys and flues are in working order. A survey prior to installation does not confirm these requirements since pipework may not be visible in walls or under floors and may only become apparent during installation. If you have any specific concerns, please ask.

f) It is your responsibility to get any licences, consents or authorisations, for example landlord approval, before fitting.
